These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Mawtstudio.com, operated by Mawt Studio.

**2. Online Store Terms**
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

These Terms shall be governed and construed per the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days'] notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

**Rental Policy**
When renting any piece from our collection, the following terms apply:
1. **Deposit**: A deposit of £87.50 for corsets £200 for dresses is required for each item rented. This deposit will be held until the item is returned and examined to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
2. **Rental Pricing**:
- Corsets: £70
- Dresses: £140
3. **Condition Upon Return**:
- All rented items must be returned in their original condition. This means no stains, rips, spray paint, glue, or any other alterations are allowed.
- The piece will undergo a thorough inspection upon return. If any damage is found, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. **Deposit Refund**:
- If the piece passes inspection and is returned without any damage, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the item does not meet the required standards, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
